Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information or disclose your personally identifiable information to mailing lists or marketers for any reason. We restrict employee and agent access to information to only those who have a business or professional reason for accessing it, and only to non-affiliated parties as permitted by law.

If at any time it becomes necessary to share any of your personal information in a way that is at variance with this policy, we will provide you with notification beforehand, so that you have the opportunity to opt out if you so wish. For unaffiliated third parties that need access to your personal information, such as financial service companies, consultants, and auditors, we also maintain strict confidentiality agreements with them and demand that they keep information private. Regulators also may review company records as allowed by law. Personally identifiable information about you will be held for the duration of the time you are a client, and for the mandated time after that that such records are legally required to be retained. After this period of retention, all information will be deleted or destroyed.
